Automotive Service Advisor

AutoPro Service Centers is hiring a Service Advisor for our Phoenix location. As a Service Advisor, you are the bridge between the customer and the technicians. You will greet customers, listen to their vehicle concerns, write up repair orders, present repair recommendations and pricing, and follow up to ensure satisfaction. Compensation is commission-based with a guaranteed base. Top advisors at our stores earn $50K-$65K annually. You will earn commission on parts and labor sold, with bonuses for customer satisfaction scores and upsell targets. We provide two weeks of paid product training and pair you with a senior advisor during your first month. Prior automotive or customer service experience preferred. You do not need to be a mechanic, but you should be comfortable learning basic vehicle systems so you can explain repairs to customers clearly.
