Train and Hire is a job training and recruitment platform built around one idea: skills are what get people hired, and skills are what companies actually need. We combine structured learning, practical assessments, and a transparent job marketplace so that a candidate's capabilities, not just their resume, lead the conversation.
Why we exist
Most hiring tools were designed to sort resumes. That works when the signal you need is already on the page. It breaks down when the real bottleneck is a skill gap that no one has named. Employers write postings that scare off qualified people, while job seekers apply to dozens of roles without knowing which skills would actually move the needle. We built Train and Hire to close that gap. If a role requires a skill, we want you to be able to learn it, prove it, and show employers the evidence all in one place.
Who we serve
Train and Hire is built for two groups:
- Job seekers who want a clear path from "I am interested in this kind of work" to "I can do this kind of work." That includes people changing careers, returning to work, leveling up, or entering the workforce for the first time.
- Employers who want to hire based on real capability, not just pedigree. That includes small businesses that cannot run a 40-stage interview loop, operations teams that need to fill roles quickly, and growing companies that care about training pipelines as much as sourcing.
How it works
The platform connects four building blocks:
- Training guides. Structured, readable skill guides you can work through at your own pace.
- Learning paths. Curated sequences of guides that build toward a real job role.
- Assessments. Practical checks that verify a skill once you have learned it. Passing an assessment marks the skill as verified on your profile.
- Job matches. As your verified skills grow, so does your match score against open roles. Employers see the same signals when they evaluate your application.
The result is a single profile that tells a complete story: what you have learned, what you have proven, what you have done, and what you are looking for next.
