Honest shop, fair management
What they liked
They do not upsell customers on work they do not need, which makes me proud to work here. Good diagnostic equipment and the tool program helps new techs build their set. Air conditioning in the shop is a huge plus in Phoenix.
What could improve
Summer in Phoenix is still hot even with AC in the shop. Flat rate can be frustrating when you get a string of diagnostic jobs. Could use more training on hybrid and electric vehicles.

Perfect shop for learning the trade
What they liked
Kevin and the senior techs are great teachers. They give you real work from day one but always check your work before the car leaves. The shop is clean and well-equipped. They paid for my first ASE test.
What could improve
Flat rate pay takes getting used to and your first few months will be lean. Some locations are busier than others and you might get moved around. Saturday shifts are mandatory.
