Great place to start in manufacturing
What they liked
They actually train you from scratch. My trainer was patient and made sure I understood every machine before I ran it alone. The safety culture is real, not just talk. Everyone wears their PPE and nobody rushes you.
What could improve
The cafeteria food is not great. Parking lot gets icy in winter and they could do a better job salting it.

Solid company with room to grow
What they liked
Good benefits from day one, steady work, and the training program for new hires is excellent. Management actually listens when you bring up safety concerns. Overtime is available but never forced.
What could improve
Second shift can be tough on your social life. The pay is fair but not the highest in the area for experienced machinists. The older machines in Plant 2 need to be replaced.
