Good warehouse, great equipment
What they liked
Newest forklifts I have ever operated. Management invests in the facility and it shows. The safety program is taken seriously. Shift leads are respected and given real authority.
What could improve
Not a lot of room for advancement into management unless someone leaves. The WMS is outdated compared to what I used at my previous job. Benefits do not kick in until 60 days.

Well-run warehouse with good management
What they liked
The facility is climate controlled which is huge in the Inland Empire. Equipment is well maintained and they actually listen when you report issues. Overtime is plentiful and they pay weekly.
What could improve
The pace is relentless, especially during peak season. You will walk 10+ miles per shift. The commute from Riverside can be rough during rush hour.
