Supportive environment for new CNAs
What they liked
They genuinely care about training new healthcare workers. The orientation is thorough and they do not throw you to the wolves on your first day. Good benefits and the schedule flexibility is helpful.
What could improve
Some floors are busier than others and staffing can feel thin on weekends. The break room could use an upgrade. Parking is limited at the main campus.

Best place to start a healthcare career
What they liked
The mentorship program is incredible. My preceptor spent 90 days showing me everything and was always available for questions. Tuition reimbursement is generous. The patient ratios are reasonable compared to other facilities I have heard about.
What could improve
The parking deck fills up early for day shift so you need to arrive 20 minutes before your shift. Some of the charting requirements feel redundant. Night shift differential could be higher.
