What they liked
They pay on time and the foremen know what they are doing. Good variety of projects keeps the work interesting.
What could improve
The work is physically demanding and there is not much downtime. I was hoping for more mentorship but you have to seek it out yourself. Health insurance could be better.

Best construction company I have worked for
What they liked
Ray runs a tight ship but treats everyone with respect. Job sites are organized and safe. They actually invest in their people and promote from within. The pay is competitive for Denver and the benefits are better than most contractors.
What could improve
Winter work in Colorado is brutal. Some weeks you are doing 50+ hours in the summer to make up for slow winter months. Communication between office and field could be improved.
