Covers plywood Plyform grades, stud/waler/tie layout, hydrostatic pressure per ACI 347, release-agent discipline, rebar grade and bar-size designation (#3 through #8), standard 40db laps for Grade 60, minimum cover (1.5 in formed / 3 in against earth), chair and bolster supports, rebar-cap impalement protection per OSHA 1926.701(b), and strip-time rules of thumb.
