Production Line Operator

We are hiring Production Line Operators for our automotive parts plant in Toledo. You will operate stamping presses, assembly equipment, and packaging machines on our second shift (2:00 PM - 10:30 PM). Day-to-day, you will load raw materials into machines, monitor production output for defects, record production counts on our tracking system, and keep your work area clean and organized. When a machine jams or acts up, you will follow lockout/tagout procedures and notify maintenance. No prior manufacturing experience is required. We provide four weeks of paid on-the-job training, and every new hire is paired with a senior operator for their first 90 days. What we need is someone who shows up on time, pays attention to detail, and takes safety seriously. Steel-toe boots are required; we provide everything else.
