Home Health Aide

Riverside Health Partners is hiring Home Health Aides to provide in-home care to patients across the greater Charlotte area. You will visit patients in their homes, assist with activities of daily living, and be a vital connection between the patient and their clinical care team. Your daily responsibilities include helping patients with bathing, grooming, and dressing, preparing meals that meet dietary restrictions, performing light housekeeping, reminding patients to take medications on schedule, monitoring and reporting changes in the patient's condition, and documenting care activities in our mobile charting system. You will typically see 4-6 patients per day. You must hold a current Home Health Aide certification or Certified Nursing Assistant license in North Carolina. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required since you will travel between patient homes. We provide mileage reimbursement, a company phone, and paid orientation. This is a rewarding role for someone who enjoys one-on-one patient interaction and the independence of working in the community.
