Home Health Aide - Weekend

We are looking for Home Health Aides to cover Saturday and Sunday shifts providing in-home patient care in the Charlotte area. Weekend aides receive a $2 per hour shift differential on top of base pay. This position involves the same duties as our full-time HHA role: assisting patients with personal care, meal preparation, light housekeeping, medication reminders, and documenting care activities. Weekend patients often have family caregivers who handle weekday care, so you will coordinate closely with family members and keep them informed of any changes you observe. This is a great opportunity for students in nursing or healthcare programs, or anyone who wants meaningful part-time work on weekends. HHA certification or CNA license required. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are necessary for travel between patient homes.
