Drywall Finishing Subcontractor

Summit Builders Group is seeking an experienced drywall finishing subcontractor for a series of custom home projects in the Denver metro area. We need someone who can tape, mud, and sand to a Level 5 finish on new construction homes averaging 2,500-3,500 square feet. This is a per-project contract. Each home typically takes 2-3 weeks to complete and pays $8,000-$15,000 depending on square footage and finish level. We have 6 homes currently scheduled through the summer, with more likely. You will supply your own tools and materials (we supply the drywall hanging, you do the finishing). Payment is on a net-15 schedule upon project completion and inspection. You must carry your own liability insurance and provide proof of workers' comp coverage if you use helpers. References from general contractors required.
