CNC Machine Operator

Join our CNC machining department running Haas and Mazak turning centers and vertical mills. You will load programs, set tool offsets, mount workpieces in fixtures, and run production batches of precision components. During production, you will monitor surface finish and dimensional accuracy using micrometers and bore gauges, adjust offsets as needed to hold tolerances, and perform basic tool changes when inserts wear out. You will also complete first-article inspections and document results before full production runs begin. We are looking for someone with at least one year of experience running CNC equipment, or a graduate of a machining technology program. You should be able to read G-code well enough to catch obvious errors and understand basic blueprint dimensions and tolerances.
