Electrician's Apprentice

Start your career in the electrical trade with Summit Builders. As an apprentice, you will work alongside our licensed journeyman electricians on residential and light commercial projects, learning the trade hands-on while earning a paycheck. You will pull wire through framed walls, install outlet boxes and switch plates, help wire electrical panels, and learn to read electrical drawings. Over the course of your four-year apprenticeship, you will progress from helper tasks to independently wiring rooms and troubleshooting circuits. No experience is needed, but you must be at least 18, have a valid driver's license, and be willing to enroll in evening classes at the local trade school (we pay tuition). We are looking for people who are genuinely curious about how things work and are committed to showing up every day ready to learn.
